# General Settings

## Resource Export

The [Export](/features/exports/overview) function within Resource Export offers a straightforward method to generate and retrieve detailed reports of your Items or Orders as CSV files. Once you request an export, our system prepares a comprehensive CSV file and delivers it directly to your email, enabling you to effortlessly access and analyze your data whenever needed.

## Account Security

The Account Security feature provides users with the ability to manage and enhance the security of their accounts. One crucial aspect of this feature is the option to change passwords. By allowing users to modify their passwords, the system ensures that accounts remain protected from unauthorized access.

**Note**: The password reset email may be filtered to your spam inbox.

## Additional Settings

**Consigner Sign-Up:** Allows Admins to control how new Consigners join the platform by setting sign-up access to either `Public` or `Private`. When set to Private, Admins must manually add each Consigner using the [Create Consigner](/platform/users/consigners#creating-consigner) button.

**Store Support Email:** Allows Admins to set the contact email address for customer service concerns for consigners.

**Discord Webhook URL:** Enables Admins to configure a Discord webhook for receiving real-time notifications about various platform activities.
