The Discover page offers a powerful and flexible way to sift through your order history. This feature-rich page enables Admins and Employees to quickly locate specific orders using tailored search criteria and sort orders based on various statuses and sources, providing a streamlined approach to order management. title Leverage the Search functionality within Order Discover to quickly locate orders by entering the specific Shopify order number, making it easy to follow up on or audit individual sales.

Filter

title The Filter feature in Order Discover allows for a more targeted approach to viewing orders. Organize your order list with the following criteria:
  • Status: Narrow down orders by their current state:
    • All: Display every order, regardless of status.
    • Unfulfilled: Display orders awaiting fulfillment.
    • Partially Fulfilled: Display orders partially completed.
    • Fulfilled: Display fully completed orders.
    • Cancelled: Display records of cancelled orders.
  • Source: Narrow down orders by their sales origin:
    • POS: Display orders made through in-store point-of-sale systems.
    • Web: Display orders placed via your online storefront.
By applying these filters, you can refine the order display to fit specific operational needs, whether you’re preparing shipments, updating inventory, or analyzing sales trends. These attributes are optional.

Viewing a Specific Order

For a deep dive into any order’s full details, simply select an order from your search or filtered results to be taken to the View Order page. This dedicated page offers a detailed layout of the selected order, including item specifics, financials, and fulfillment status.
