About

The Store Locations feature enables Admins and Employees to create and manage physical store locations, facilitating the precise allocation of items to their correct destinations. This function is vital for keeping inventory accurate across various locations.

Item locations will also be synchronized with Shopify when creating variants, ensuring consistency across your sales channels.

Create Location

To add a new Location, click the Create Location button found within the Location table. A modal will appear for you to fill in the details.

The fields are intuitive, with the exception of Shopify Location ID. This ID is a unique identifier from Shopify, representing the physical or operational site of your store, such as a retail outlet, pop-up store, headquarters, or warehouse.

Locations are automatically set up during the initial onboarding. However, we provide a guide here on how to retrieve a Location ID from Shopify for any additional locations you wish to add.

Updating a Location

Locations can be updated post-creation. To do so, click the Update button next to the location you wish to edit, and a modal will display for adjustments.
